Clinic Website Redesign

Treasure Coast Physical Therapy · Web Development Intern · Summer 2024

Redesigned a local physical therapy clinic’s homepage for its real audience, older adults, with navigation built around where it hurts and an automated newsletter signup.

The problem

Most of the clinic’s patients are older adults. A generic homepage made them hunt for the one thing they came for: “Can you help with my back?”

Approach

Rebuilt the homepage in WordPress and JavaScript around three plain-language paths (back pain, hip and knee pain, and recovery) with larger type and simpler navigation. Added an automated newsletter signup so interest turned into a contact list.

Result

100+ monthly visitors and about 10 form submissions a month, a steady stream of leads for a local practice.
